What do I need to focus on at this point in the puppies life? I did all the research for all the training but now that I have him, I am completely confused on what I need to be doing.

recently i noticed my dog had a swollen lip. after about a week the lip appeared dried out. it has not improved. i also noticed a blister or bump on her chin. what could she have got into?

She is 8 months old and black and silver and near her rear she is losing her black hair and it looks like silver is trying to come threw. Is this normal? I have never seen a dog do this. It’s like she is shedding a winter coat and growing silver hair instead of black! What could this be? I have a 6 month old male that is black and tan and all of his hair looks normal. He just looks so much better than her now that she is losing hair. Any suggestions or advice. First time German Shepherd owner.
