What are the step by step procedures that I will need in order to genetically engineer a fish?

The best website that I was able to find (which isn’t even that great at all) is http://www.ensembl.org/Danio_rerio/Info/Index

I need an outline, I need the steps, and this is driving me nuts!

Apparently, the instructor wants us to include what restriction enzymes we need, etc, how to do it.

Do you know of any websites that might help me?

Im taking Technical Drawing and Intro. to Building Construction my Freshman year. Can some one tell me what classes would help me pursue my career?
Im taking Algebra 1 in my Freshman year but im planning on taking harder,non-required math classes, and science classes, later on in my High Shcool years. What level of difficulty should i be at in those classes to be pretty prepared?

I am not very good at math, but I want to improve and I want to be an engineer- is there any hope?

Math has never come naturally to me and I have always had a very hard time grasping it, but I have wanted to get into aerospace engineering for a long time. I am good with science and all other subjects, but math has always been a problem. I know math skills are quintessential in the engineering field, so does anyone know any ways I can improve my skills, and is there hope for me in this field? Thank you!

Is it practical for a software engineer to stay in Noida and work in Gurgaon?

I have been offered a software job in Gurgaon, but I would like to stay in Noida because my family stays there. Is it practical to do a “daily up-down” sort of thing, without wasting half your life traveling?

How much time do buses take from Noida to Gurgaon and vice-versa? Are there options like chartered buses which are easy and hassle-free? Do many people live/work this way?

Thank you for your answers. I am worried because I have to decide this in a week.
My company is not able to provide transport from Noida, and I don’t have my own vehicle. I’d have to rely on Public Transport..
