I’m looking for the names of 2 pieces. The first I saw in tate modern liverpool and was of a butcher/abattoir worker cradeling an animal carcass (possibly pig).
The second was displayed in the tate moden london and was of a caged bird in a forrest surrounded by dark trees.
Either the name of the piece or artist would be great!

I buy dog bones at the butcher shop. Someone said I should boil the bone for 10 minutes before I give it to my dog. Someone else said that a dog likes them uncooked. Which is more healthy for a 5 year old, 65 pound dog, raw or boiled bones? If boiled, or cooked some other way, how long?

Tonight we are trying to grill filet mignon on the outdoor grill…they are almost 2 inches thick and want to ask your expert opinions! Any suggestions will be SO MUCH appreciated! We do not want to butcher (HA) such a nice piece of meat!
