how to french cut a rack of lamb or rib roast?

Thursday, September 10th, 2009I’m looking for the names of 2 pieces. The first I saw in tate modern liverpool and was of a butcher/abattoir worker cradeling an animal carcass (possibly pig).
The second was displayed in the tate moden london and was of a caged bird in a forrest surrounded by dark trees.
Either the name of the piece or artist would be great!
