I have installed vnc viewer on my computer for my accountant so she can access quick books, now my question ?

would be ? How can I turn the viewer off so she cant access it all the time? Also can she see everything Im doing if im on the computer and the internet with it turned on?
So if I close vnc with the icon as mentioned below , this stops any access at all? correct?

New Accountant Wants us to Sign a 6 month Contract-says he needs to update quickbooks weekly?

New accountant wants me to sign a contract with him for 6 months, he charges about $50/month to update my quickbooks 4 x a month, I am not sure I want to sign a contract since i dont know him much at all, seems knowledgable but anyway wouldnt he just have to update my files every month instead of weekly?? I just dont want to sign a contract but he is insisting on this. any advice would be appreciated

my father is 61 yrs old and has diabetes.He is an accountant and works for nearly 9 hrs a day?
